Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. When he had to cancel/postpone/or was going to be late he gave notice and made clear re-arrangements. When an element of the work to be done became urgent Ricardo came promptly to help out.

I must say that that I was very impressed with my dealings with ASG from start to finish. Arrived promptly on time both for quotation and when work started, was also happy to quote and carry out a small job for an elderly neighbour of mine. Prices competitive and jobs were given straight away. Work carried out to a very high specification,all mess cleared up and also social distancing respected. We chose Timber Box Sash Windows to double glaze our sash windows after Andrew came out and surveyed, then followed up with a really decent quote. We got the work done in two phases and both times were really hassle free with the joiners turning up on time and getting on with the job. They were a real pleasure whilst they were here. Very polite and friendly. It’s good to have the same person that surveyed the job actually carry out the work as well, makes for a really smooth process.
