I am a time served professional decorator and tiler by trade, over the years I’ve become what you would call a Builder....my self and my team of quality time served tradesman have been completing home improvements together since 2007....My main focus is on quality and customer satisfaction. I have been time Served since 1989 and self employed since 2003. I specialise in all types of home improvements both supply and fitting of kitchens,bathrooms and wet rooms. Full/part garage conversion ...on a smaller scale I also decorate one off rooms bedroom/living room etc. installing underfloor heating under tiles in conservatories, laying solid wood flooring and so on. All work is done to the highest of standards and fully guaranteed. All Electrical / Gas work on any of my jobs is only carried out by qualified tradesmen. Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

We couldn't rate MTW high enough! They have left us with a home to be proud of and the quality of workmanship is of the highest order. They have been professional and honest throughout our job. Adam had literally called and came to see me in within an hour of me posting the job up., He quoted and came back the same afternoon., although he came across some challenges by the previous workerleft he dealt with it fast and efficiently. Did not waste any time, left everything very tidy and even did an extra wee add on job for me. Reliable - priced excellently., Lovely guy, did what he promised in no time. Very happy and would recommend - will be coming back to him with no hesitations in furure..

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
