When a homeowner works with my team, the process will look like this: - I offer a free visit to meet the client and discuss the job further, - Then I sent a quote and clearly explain what should be agreed before the job begins. Constantine and Costas are the best builders we've ever worked with. They are inspired collaborators and problem-solvers, passionate about their craft and keen to deliver what you want at the best price without cutting corners. They also have excellent plumbers, tilers, painters etc - without exception skilled, reliable and a pleasure to meet. Renovation is a stressful experience but we were amazed how much we enjoyed this period. We miss them! Don't let them slip through your fingers!

I couldn’t recommend Szilard (and his team) more highly. Very high attention to detail when painting and decorating and nothing is a problem. As well as decorating Szilard has moved sockets, light fittings, fixed shower screens, re-configured wardrobes to name but a few additional jobs that have arisen along the way. He has been back a number of times now and is punctual and tidy in his work.

Leroy and his team did an amazing job painting a large bedroom and laying flooring in our hallway in just 4–5 days. The hallway floor was very uneven, and a previous carpenter had struggled with it. Leroy and his brother had to undo that work, level the floor, and install the new flooring from scratch. They handled it all with great skill and professionalism. The finish is flawless—we're really happy and would highly recommend them.
