Took a bit longer than expected due to various problems due to the age of the existing boiler - but we ended up with what we wanted. Very professional and kept us informed about everything that was going on and what would be required and why. Would recommend Jamie.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Brian was excellent from start to finish. Very personable and a very neat worker, laying a protective covering over my hall carpet and stairs, which meant no mess on my carpets and floors. Peter and his team (Mark and Chris) are professional and hard-working. We ultimately required unforeseen work due to old water ingress. Peter's team did not make a drama out of our mini-crisis and took it in their stride.Peter was great at liaising with us, always appraising us about what was happening next. Simon fitted curtain poles (including a bay curtain pole) and hung curtains for is. He turned up on time, was very professional and efficient and completed the work to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend him and intend to use him again for other work around our flat.
