We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Vio is a lovely guy. We originally got him to fix our kitchen that was installed badly by someone else but had to wait for a new work top. He ended up fitting a laminate floor in our bedroom and vinyl tiles in the bathroom and toilet as well. Very reliable and works very hard. Looking forward to having our kitchen fixed next week. Would definately recommend him.

Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.

Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. He was reliable and any problems were soon solved. He is now going to build the extension and I am confidant that he will do a good job John

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

We had a leak in our hot water tank and a bathroom tap. Matt was very prompt, flexible and cost efficient in getting these two items fixed. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Exceptional tradesman! Michael is one of those gems that can be extremely hard to find these days - honest, reliable and brilliant at what he does! I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. They were punctual, polite, they knew what they were doing, the quality of workmanship was high, they were honest and their prices are fair. Bogumil was very efficient, he responded quickly to my advert of laying laminate flooring. He undertook the work the next day and done a great job. Clean and tidy, and was happy to get on with the job, he didn't even stop for a cup of tea. I'll be sure to use his services again.

The work is not yet finished, but I have enough experience with Maurice to say that he is excellent. Keen, attentive, personable and goes the extra mile without prompting. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy at every stage. He does his level best to get us great prices on materials. His work is to the highest standard. Highly recommended.

Really excellent & efficient service. I needed an urgent decorating job done very quickly due to moving house and they both quoted and did the job at very short notice to help me out of a real problem. I now intend to use them for refitting the kitchen and bathroom in my new house. Highly recommended.
