Viktor put me at ease immediately by seriously wanting to get on with the job. It was by no means an easy task and I am very pleased i didn't attempt it myself. He attacked the task head on, needing to destroy the old wc to remove it. The new wc was fitted, very securly and Viktor didn't leave until he was completely happy there were no leaks. Went through everything before he left to make sure I was ok with both the boiler and new wireless thermostat. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.
