At first we dealt with Thomas only. He was courteous and had good knowledge of products and possibilities. It was great to see how all workers took pride in their work. The end result, a resin path and large patio area, in a very special colour, is simply stunning, due to real TEAMwork and craftsmanship. I was over whelmed by the very early start which in this weather I can understand but how quickly this size of tree was removed worked non stop respected my neighbours property and cleared and removed all materials and logs no damage considering the size of tree.. Provided a fair quote for the job, and didn't overprice it. The team arrived on time to cut down a palm tree and remove the stump. Cleared up after themselves and took the tree away, just leaving me with the earth to dispose of. I was really impressed by the customer service as Casey returned at a later date as I wanted more of the stump removed. I would highly recommend. Customer satisfaction is very important & both Casey (on the front line) and Georgia (in the office) delivered in this regard.
