My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more, with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. We are Business owners Chris and Liam. Chris has been in the industry 26 years and has a multitude of experience, a time served joiner by trade but can turn his hand to anything. NVQ level 6 Qualified with IOSH, SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness amongst others. Liam has been in the industry for 14 years and is a qualified electrician by trade and can turn his hand to anything. Liam has a multitude of experience and also has various plant licences such as Digger, telehandler. We undertake all works and give a 12 month warranty.

As a disabled pensioner I was unable to keep up the maintenance on my garden which was overgrown. Was very impressed with Albert, he was friendly and reliable, and did a good job including cutting back and removing some shrubs and taking away the waste. The garden looks much tidier and easier to manage now.

Dave did a great job at both my properties. His men left some work unfinished but he promptly came back to fix everything himself after.
