Hi, I would just like to introduce our organisation PWR Property Services. We specialize in the plumbing, electrical and security sectors. Each of us has been specializing in our respected trades for a combined 15 years. Our ever-growing client list includes reputed organisations mainly in the City of Sunderland but we are looking to now expand across the whole of the North East. The services we provide vary in each different sector of the business. The plumbing services we provide can stem from general maintenance such changing a valve to fitting a new heating system, the same as the electrical side of things from changing a socket to a rewire or an EICR and the same goes for the security side of things, you may just want a camera upgrade or an entire security system installing, no job is too big or too small for our lads. Not enough space to write the full review I would like to give. Gary and Sheldon have transformed my outside space.They cleared an extremely overgrown back garden and landscaped with gravel and laid a new patio.The front garden and drive have been block paved,the garden slope reduced and a front door step made to make access easier as I have arthritis. Hard working,friendly and am thrilled with what has been done.A big thank you for a great job and would definitely recommend and use again.

Amazing from start to finish. Paul came out immediately to our house to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and advised us on where plugs would be best to suit the layout of the house. He made sure we were happy with everything and did not pressure us into adding more than necessary. He then worked out a price there and then and got us booked in. The rewire itself was conducted by Stephen and his team, who took great care of the house whilst we were staying with family and met all standards.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
