Nik was available at short notice when another remover let us down. He offered the best price for the job. He collected on time and unloaded at the delivery location, taking care of everything. While I accept that anyone can have a run of bad luck, he was unable to complete work agreed for various reasons on three different agreed dates - twice because of illness and on one occasion because of trouble with his van. The ratings for quality and value are only there because I could not proceed without completing these boxes and do NOT reflect actual work done.
