This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. Everything about the whole experience ranging from their first contact to invoicing me was excellent. I highly recommend this company and when I move, I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. They cleared up before they left and made sure I was happy with the work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again soon.

Hi I would rate mac security very highly and can recommend there work. Mike was very professional through the whole process of the work from quoting to installation of my CCTV system All the work was carried out as agreed in my quote and at the agreed price, Mike arrived on time, explained exactly what was happening, installed my system cleaned up after installation , and explained in detail how to operate the system. I would not hesitate in recommending Mac Security to friends and family thank you Mike.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

We needed a new arial and decided while action aerials were with us to connect all our rooms so they could be connected to tv's. Job satisfactory and tradesman quick.

The guys negotiaited a sensible price, turned on time, at short notice, for a large and urgent garden landscaping job and completed the job well within time (as they brought in extra man-power). Very impressed. Tidyied up after them selves and completed all I asked for.I will be using them again.

Change in spec of my job which neither of us anticipated was dealt with without issue or complaint. Good guy and I would definitely use Wayne again. Recommended.
