On day of job the electrician arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected-that doesn't happen often. He looked a lot younger than I had expected. I had expected to have to buy a new fuse box. I was losing power frequently. He carefully checked all circuits. Then announced the fault was outside. The outside switch to an outside light was full of water. The job was booked in for the next day with no fuss. Arrived on time and listened to the issues described. He chased the wiring around half the house for us to find a single loose cable. He kept us informed and updated along the way and was determined not to make it a bigger job than it needed to be. Our shower is now working again and it was all done in good time with no mess and good value for money.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra.
