Zeeshan quoted me for the job, two days work for £300.He arrived as planned, looked at what was wanted then went to his van to collect his tools or so I thought. Instead just drove off leaving me no explanation. The least he could have done was tell me he didn't want the job after all instead of leaving me high and dry waiting. Very inconsiderate especially as I gave him two parking permits for the day which he did not return.

I’m very sorry that you had this experience, and I completely understand why you were upset. The reason I had to leave so suddenly was because my grandmother, who lived with me, had just passed away. I received the news after arriving and had to return home immediately due to the family emergency. I did try to call you to explain the situation, but I wasn’t able to get through. I also sent you a message and later tried to contact you again to reschedule, but unfortunately I couldn’t reach you.
