James got in touch quickly and was really helpful and friendly. The job wasn't as easy as expected but still completed to a high standard. Would definitely recommend and get in touch with any other plumbing issues in the future

James was courteous and did the job well despite the awkward access to the pipes. Was a good price for the job. Left the area clean and tidy.

James' communication was great. Competitive quote and gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. He approached the job methodically and was honest and open about the process from the off. I had a slight issue (which turned out not to have even been his fault) that he rectified the following day. I would happily use again and can highly recommend.
