Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Avoid Protek Build (James Nickson) at all cost. Took £260 (£110 bank + £150 cash), drained the hot water cylinder and left the property without water, making the situation more desperate. Brought wrong part, took away thermocouple, and never returned. Tried to expand the job and request more money. No parts installed, no refund given, ignored messages. Labour valued at £90 just to drain tank! £180 refund expected. Unprofessional and dishonest.

Completed part of the job, which he was paid in full for. Quoted for additional work and I paid a deposit but never returned to complete the work. Complete rip off.
Electric Boiler - Installation
Terrible, hounded me constantly when I was trying to get quotes, then decided to contact me saying they'd ordered part and would be coming to the property to do work I'd not even agreed a date on, when the work was then cancelled and the deposit was requested to be returned they never did, I've not had a penny back, never do business with them

Bathroom Installation
Avoid. Took payment, left the job unfinished, and wouldn’t put it right. Unreliable and unprofessional. I would not use again.
