We are unhappy that this customer is frustrated. We did communicate to him that we would not be able to meet his requirements considering our services where highly demanded elsewhere. We do not know why he stated we never got back to him when in fact we did. However, we believe this false statement should not have an impact on our reputation considering the high-quality work we have provided so far (please see job pictures), the other high ratings and comments, and the fact that this is not quality related.

Text message received 15/10. I replied same day with picture of fault and details. 4 days later I chased up and received a reply. Very poor reliability. Can't comment on the rest.

Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
After explaining just what I wanted, the tradesman carried out my instructions to the letter.Very pleased with the end result. It wasn't an easy task but he did it. And he didn't charge the earth. Arrived at the agreed time Came back the next day to paint. area left clean. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Marin and David were excellent works. Marin went above and beyond. We are very happy with his work and would highly recommend him. We were so impressed he has completed two other jobs for us also.
