Kevin came round after hours and measured up. Two days later he was here fitting 2 new poles and 2 new shelves took him just over an hour. He even gave a hint to keep my doors in motion rather than adding more costs to something that didnt need doing.

K T Reilly didn't show, so I can't give a rating. I had reported a further development the day before, which (possibly) made the job seem more complex than it seemed at first.
