Bejay Shakespeare took £420 for a bathroom leak repair he falsely claimed was complete. That same night the leak worsened, flooding my kitchen. He repeatedly promised to return, then failed to show and ignored all calls and messages. He left the bathroom filthy, stained carpets, and made the problem worse than before. This was disgraceful, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs – I am demanding a full refund and compensation for the damage he caused.

No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

We chose Timber Box Sash Windows to double glaze our sash windows after Andrew came out and surveyed, then followed up with a really decent quote. We got the work done in two phases and both times were really hassle free with the joiners turning up on time and getting on with the job. They were a real pleasure whilst they were here. Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

The bottom line is it was a waste of both your time and mine if you were not interested, I think that the eventual profit would have more than covered lead costs, if not then you are doing something very wrong, I deal with CPC (Cost Per Click) every day every business I know allows a fund for this, out of every 10 clicks (that cost them) only one may bear fruit, I think you need to re-think strategies, I have increased value rating because at the end of the day your initial quote came in at a good price.

The standard of workmanship was excellent, everyone who has seen the brickwork has commented how good it is, very informative and helpful. We had some extra costs where we had some unforeseen groundwork problems that weren't picked up on In the planning stage not the builders fault, costs were as predicted and very reasonable, our build of a Dutch barn style roof was a design build they had not encountered before and the result was brilliant. Weather was pants and would highly recommend John and his crew.
