Prompt, professional and polite, exactly what you want. Said they would be with me 09:00 Monday morning and by my watch they were 2 mins early! How many times do you get a time and it can be missed by days - not these guys. More than happy with the work - my roof looks a million times better. The work was done very effectively, and he left everything clean and tidy when he finished. He supplied the parts and showed me how to adjust them should I need to do so in the future. The estimate was for 2 days' work, but it took only one, so it turned out a bit more expensive.

Initially we did feel that Joe had done a good job of hanging some new doors for us, however, after a very short time (a couple of days) the bathroom door was making a terrible squeaking noise when opening or closing. We have tried to get in touch with him to come back and rectify the problem to no avail, he has not even bothered to answer our email. Very disappointed.
