Gareth arrived promptly; he was very professional and helpful (especially considering there was an unknown back boiler lurking behind the gas fire!) which he also removed, made safe and then tested the gas supply for which involved having to go round the house to check for a detected leak and then resolve it. Really good guy and would highly recommend!

There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. But Kilani was good to his word, sticking to original price he quoted and going above and beyond to turn what was a total disaster into a lovely useable room. Been waiting 3 months for them to fix the leaky guttering and flat roof that they fiitted.They promised to come every week but haven't. They don't let you know thier not coming and each time you contact them they have another excuse
The contractor responded the same day,by visiting the property and estimated the work required. Work was carried out and completed the following day, all waste was removed and area cleared up afterwards. I was very happy with speed and overall positve experience, they were very accommodating to my needs as I work away I will definitely will use this company again.
